When do you charge Sales Tax?
Orders shipped outside New York State are shipped tax-free.
Orders shipped within New York State are subject to the standard 8.375% NY sales tax. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address. Orders with a billing address in New York State and an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax. Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State taxes laws.

Do you offer WATCH SIZING?
If you have ordered a watch especially with a metal bracelet you might have to have to have one or more links removed to fit your wrist properly. This can only be done with the wearer present. That is why we ship all watches un-sized.

We suggest you take your watch to a reliable local jeweler for sizing. Expect to pay a nominal fee (around $10) for this service. Do not attempt to size your own watch! You may damage or scratch the watch and bracelet. The liability is yours .

Please note: after the links are removed, keep the extra ones! Occasionally, a watch bracelet may break and it is a lot easier (and cheaper) to have the bracelet repaired with your own links than ordering and shipping new ones.

Once you have your watch sized, you may NOT return it for a refund or exchange.

How do you ship?
We ship our order with UPS and USPS.
The available shipping options for your order are based on your location and the total weight of your order.

How long after I pay will you ship?
Orders are processed on a daily basis and are usually authorized for shipment within a maximum of 24 hours from the time the order was placed except on holidays and weekends.

Can I cancel or change my order? Cancellations and changes to your order can be made by emailing us via our normal contact form. Include the words Order Change in the subject of the email for the quickest response. Because orders are processed at different times of the day, we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or canceled before it gets shipped.

When do you charge my credit card?
We do not actually charge your credit card until your order has shipped. You may see an authorization for the amount of your order on your card. This is to insure that the credit card information is valid.

Are all Items IN STOCK?
We will make every effort to ensure that all Items listed on TheWatchPiece.com are in stock, and are in our Stock Room, so you can get you watch timely.

What happens if a Watch is not available?
We will make every effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled, however unfortunately some products may become unavailable from time to time. In the event of a product being unavailable a member of our team will contact you. And let you know if we will restock it. We do not charge you unless a product has been shipped, so if a product is discontinued or unavailable your credit/debit card will never be charged

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
We ship to all US States and Territories. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

APO / FPO Addresses
We value our military men and women, and we ship to APO and FPO addresses. There are however restrictions that the military have imposed on shipping to certain APO / FPO addresses which can restrict the weight, size and contents of deliveries. Can I have the watch shipped to a location other than my billing address?
If you wish to ship the watch as a gift to an address other than your billing address, please Contact your credit card issuer at their customer service department. Notify them that you prefer to add an authorized alternate shipping address to your account. The information will remain on file for future orders.

For your protection and to ensure you that no one else other than you are using your credit card, our system will reject the order if shipping address is not on file on your credit card.

If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your credit card information before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. Then, simply retry to order online or contact us, and we will re-attempt address verification to complete the processing of your order.

Not all online merchants follow these regulations, but as a 100% secure shopping site, we comply with all Internet "card not present" anti-fraud procedures.

Here at TheWatchPiece.com our mission is to provide the lowest price possible. For this reason we charge a minimal flat fee of $7.95 for every order regardless of the number of items being shipped.

Free shipping is offered occasionally as a promotion. Be sure you are subscribed to our Promotions email to receive notification of free shipping opportunities. Free Shipping, when available, is only offered to United States addresses.

Do I have to sign for my purchase when UPS /USPS deliver it?

Yes, for your protection, a signature is required before UPS can release the package. Please make sure that an adult will be available at the expected time of delivery to accept and sign for the package. Before accepting the package, please inspect it for any sign of tampering or damage

Return Policy

I want to return my watch can I?

Sure you can, you can return any merchandise you bought and may be unsatisfied with whatever the reason for 5 Days  upon receipt of your watch.

Watches must be unworn 100% brand new and returned with all packaging materials and papers.

We will return the full purchase price ( less shipping $14.95 to cover shipping and processing cost American Express and Discover Card orders are subject to a 4% restocking fee.) Once the watch is worn or sized (even if it is unworn but the plastics/tags have been removed) we cannot accept the returned watch.

Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape, check over the watch to see that it is in perfect working order and that you are in love with your new watch.

How do I return the watch? Very easy

Fill out this Contact Us Form and one of our dedicated support team will contact you with in 12 hours or you can call us at 1800.712.TIME(8463). We will Email you a RMA #.

The RMA# must be Boldly displayed on the package otherwise it will be refused

Returns must include any promotional item that it was paired with. For example, if TheWatchPiece.com offered a free watch or Promo gift along with a given purchase, that free watch must be returned along with the watch you initially ordered. If the FREE watch or Promo Item is not returned the advertised value of the promo will be deducted.
